What data we collect and why

When you book or purchase a service from us through Bespire, we collect: your name and email address. We use this data to:

• deliver the services you have requested (legal basis: contract performance, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• send you booking confirmations and relevant communications (legal basis: contract performance);
• send you marketing communications about our services, where you have opted in (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — you may withdraw consent at any time).

Platform and payment processing

Bookings and payments are processed through the Bespire platform, operated by Bespire Ltd. (England and Wales). Payment processing is provided by Stripe Inc. Each of these providers processes your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Bespire's Privacy Policy is available at URL.

How long we keep your data

We retain your booking for 2 years and transaction records for 7 years, and will delete other personal data within 12 months of your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we are required by law to keep it longer.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and (where processing is based on consent) to withdraw consent at any time.
